SRA addresses the need for quality information used in the evaluation and monitoring of strategic and organisational developments with-in the broad field of social policy. By providing specialist customised data analysis, SRA can provide evidence for strategic decision making within those organisations implementing social policy, and then to monitor and evaluate the outcomes, and analyze and interpret longer term outcomes of those decisions.
We have had considerable experience of evaluating a range of initiatives. The projects we have work with have commissioned the evaluation to back future funding bids, to plan and implement changes on their delivery structure and management process, and to develop and expand the kinds of services they provide, secure in the knowledge that our work has resulted in recommendations based on an accurate balance of views.
